Remi is a culture building platform for remote teams. Our platform uses daily and weekly asynchronous team building rituals as its core mechanism: by forming habits through repeated interactions and nudges, teams can build culture like a muscle.

The world has changed and remote work is here to stay. However, the struggle to connect and build culture remotely is real, and it's the key reason many companies don't agree to a remote setup, even if their employees demand it.

Well, we don't want to accept this. We believe that the future of work should enable all employees to work according to their preferences and circumstances, and that opportunities should be equal, regardless of location. We're a company founded by organizational psychologists, engineers as well as sales & marketing experts, coming from international tech companies like Twitter, Typeform and Samsung. We are backed by one of the top early-stage VC funds in Europe and a group of successful founders, who are supporting us on our journey to build a product with large scale impact 🌍

👇🏻 The position

We are currently in closed Beta and steeply transitioning from sales-led to product-led growth, already partially automating the onboarding process, and need someone (YOU?) who is both good at acquiring but also identifying, listening to, and re-iterating on our ideal customers. We need someone with a can-do attitude as you will jump between a broad range of acquisition and growth initiatives which you will fully own and execute on, always teaching yourself new things and optimising from there.

Together with our co-founder Valerie, you will be THE visible, customer-facing cue, giving Remi a face and a voice. You will be mainly working with and supporting Valerie while also cross-functionally collaborating with other teams (marketing, product, growth). Your regular work will include but not be limited to:

• Biz dev - Direct outreach to potential customers (email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Sales - Sales qualification calls, product demos, team onboarding calls, and CRM management
• Customer support - Customer inquiry response, critical bugs escalation, feedback collecting (with potential to set up first customer support/success structures)
• Marketing - General marketing support, automating, and optimising sales and marketing processes
